It's amazing on how you would relate from a male to a female, or even a particular group type. You wouldn't want to try to sell something you would normally sell to a male then to a female. Each 'class' or co-culture has its own "setup". This in all is indeed amazing. Entrepreneurs have long since way back then, figured out this trick and even in writing, its used to per sway a particular group upon a topic or an idea. All deal with what is known as rhetorical tools. Below I will list five of such tools and believe me, there is more then five [I Googled it.]

Persuasion of the cheap:
There is a saying that goes as the following, “When the rich wage war it’s the poor that die,” or, “It’s the poor that suffer.” Something along the lines of that. And indeed, the rich in fact, hold the authority and the power. They can control what those of the “lesser” class hears, sees and views as to what they want. This is often used in the military to get new “recruits” to join, [as discussed today in class].
This also ties in what is known as: Persuasive Themes.
Persuasive themes are the setting of how the specific “theme” is aimed, to invoke feelings of nationalism, tradition, leader glorification and scapegoat. This is used to persuade strategy,, goals and intent to the audiences.
Plasticity:
This is used to reshape the story. Like the game of telephone, the “phrase” or in this case, the “story” is never exactly told the same each time it is mentioned. This allows one in a sense to reshape the story and how it happened to their viewpoint.
Familial gazes:
These are used to help inspire memories or moments in which we are familiar with and can relate too. The perfume my mother ways is one familial to me. Even if some other person is wearing it, each time I smell it my mother always comes into my mind.
Compare and Contrast:
This is something we deal with everyday of our life. An example is, when we go shopping, or even to pick out which clothes to wear for the day to go shopping. We constantly compare and contrast items against each other. This allows variety for without comparing or contrasting, the world would seem dull and grey. Like some of those old black and white movies.
