Sweet Dreams

The end of this class is coming. Is it really that close to completion? How sad.

However, I might as well as wrap things up. Some of the things I learned from this class on writing in general is more tools I can use to create a better essay and also better my writing in general. One of them, I knew about in a sense yet bothered not to actually define it or understand why and its importance in society. It is the word 'Definition.'

Without this, one cannot explain anything or define anything to another person without first breaking it down and apart into pieces that can be understood and eventually explained. Definition is heavily influenced on our culture, society would cease to exist without definitions nad explinations. Definitions are supported by several things in writing.

Another thing is persuasive themes. I knew little of them but I did not now how much impact, like Definitions, had not only in speaking but also in writing. Just as the name states, they are used to persuay the reader in the views of the writer.

I get it we are to do a wrap up of what we learned over the school term . . .

But honestly . . . .

I'm dead brained, its hard to focus . . . . AAaaaaaaaaaaaannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnndddddddddddddd

This all I really thought was of amazement was what I stated above.

I suppose however, I learned a few other things, like how to really make an essay and even a bloody research paper more . . . . to the teachers liking and in a format, it is smooth and well written I should say.

It is also amazing on how psychology can intwin with english for this show that subjects are no longer just a single subject, but a mix of every subject and topic known.

I will conclude for now.

I guess[?]

  1. Your blog, “Baking a Cake” on 26 March is confusing to me. You begin the blog describing a cake and the writing process. Then you move to definitions, themes, gazes and then you put plasticity before gazes which plasticity is not a gaze. The blog has good info. The blog lacks organization, and flow. The writing process you describe is not the process we learned. Dr. Marchant has never told us to write our thesis or introduction first.
“And doth we speak” 24 January was a good example of cause and effect. I like the example given. You even broke down the causal chain in a 1,2,3,4 list. This blog was written without the flowery rhetoric found in your other posts. This is easy to read and understand.
